First of all, if you are thinking of opening a business, you have to conquer your fear of selling. You cannot go into business if you are afraid to sell or if you are not proud to sell your products to people. Remember that people make decisions by their emotions. They make decisions based on what they are feeling at the moment. They do not rely on logic. You have to find out what makes people tick, what will make them buy your product and what will make them order again from you.

As a business owner of several boutiques, I feel lucky that I have found the perfect supplier. I am sourcing from China and I have been doing business with the same supplier for more than 3 years and have been happily utilizing outsourcing strategy with them as well. In the world of business, this is a good relationship because the supplier is providing good service. As a business owner, I also have a lot of repeat customers. This is because I know how to make them buy from me without persuading them in a negative way. Be sincere when selling and the customer should not feel that you are after his or her money even if that's the real reason why you are in business. Be honest in your motive that you want to help and assist them with their needs. If your customer feels comfortable with you, he or she will be more compelled to ask questions about your products and eventually buy from you.
